Zenith Player is stuck on "Getting your TV ready"

The first time Zenith Player starts with an active plan, it shows "Getting your TV ready" or "Setting up Zenith". This is a one-time setup, and in most cases it just needs a little patience.
What the app is doing
During this screen, Zenith Player loads three things once:
- Channels
- Movies
- Series
Each one has its own progress, so you can see how far along it is. Large libraries from your TV provider take longer to load than small ones, and a slow connection adds time too.
What to do while it loads
- Keep the app open and on screen.
- Don't press Home or switch to another app.
- Let the device stay awake.
When it's finished, the app opens to Home. From then on, Zenith Player opens straight away and refreshes your lists in the background, so you won't see this long wait again.
If the progress stops moving
- Check your internet. Make sure other apps can go online. Wired internet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi is the most reliable.
- Restart your router and TV box if the connection seems slow.
- Cancel and try again. Choose Cancel to stop the setup, then close and reopen Zenith Player. Opening the app again also re-checks your line.
- Reload content. If the app opens but something is missing, go to Settings → Reload content. This downloads the channel, movie and series lists again, and your favourites and history stay.
Too much content you never watch?
Once the app is set up, you can tidy things up in Category preference. Switch off the Live, Movies or Series categories you never watch, using Show all or Hide all to speed things up. Hidden categories disappear for that profile.
Still stuck?
If the setup screen never completes, message us on WhatsApp or live chat at zenithplayer.us. Send your device code (found in Settings → Help & support) and a photo of the screen showing where the progress stopped, and we'll check your line.
Ready when you are
Choose your plan, install the app and start watching in minutes.
