My plan expired. How do I renew without reinstalling?

When a plan runs out, it can look like you have to start again from scratch. You don't. Zenith keeps your device, your profiles and your settings, so renewing just adds more time to the TV you already use.

Check how much time is left

Before your plan ends, you can see where you stand at a glance. In the top menu on the right there is a plan chip, for example "Premium · 214 days". When that number gets low, it is a good moment to renew so there is no gap.

Two ways to renew

You can pick whichever is easier for you:

1. In the app: press the Renew button and follow the steps.
2. On the website: go to the Renew page on zenithplayer.us.

Either way, the new time goes onto the same TV. There is nothing to uninstall, no new download and no new code to enter.

Choosing a plan length

Plans are prepaid and there is no contract. You can choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, or longer. Plans also cover between 1 and 5 devices watching at the same time (screens), so if more people at home now watch at once, renewal is a good time to pick a plan with more screens.

What stays the same after renewing

• Your favourites, watch history and continue watching
• Your profiles and their settings
• Any categories you hid in Category preference
• Your Remote buttons and Parental control set-up

Your channel, movie and series lists are already on the device, so the app opens as normal once the plan is active.

Don't reinstall

Removing and installing the app again does not help with an expired plan, and it can create extra work, such as setting up profiles again. Renewing is all that is needed.

If the screen is still locked

Most of the time the app unlocks on its own. If it doesn't, close the app fully and open it again so it re-checks your plan. If that still doesn't work, see our guide on what to do when you renewed but the app is still locked.
