My favourites or My List seem to have vanished

You open Zenith Player and your favourite channels, My List or recently watched items aren't there. Before anything else, check which profile you are using. That is the cause most of the time.
Each profile keeps its own
Zenith Player lets you create several profiles on one device. Every profile has its own favourites, watch history and continue watching. If someone else at home used the app and left it on their profile, you'll see their lists, not yours.
Switch to your profile
- Select the profile avatar in the top-right corner.
- Choose Switch profile.
- Pick your profile from the list.
- Open Live TV and look at the Favourites chip, or open My List from the top menu.
Your items should be back where you left them.
Did a reload remove them?
No. Settings → Reload content downloads your channel, movie and series lists again, but your favourites and history stay. It's safe to use if something else looks out of date.
Some favourites are there, others aren't
If a few favourites are missing but the rest are fine:
- The category may be hidden. Check Settings → Category preference for Live, Movies or Series, and choose Show all if needed.
- The category may be protected with Parental control.
- Your TV provider may have renamed or removed that channel or title.
Profiles with their own login
A profile can have its own login, meaning its own line. If you recently changed the login on your profile, the content you see now comes from a different line, so older favourites may not match anything on it.
After the app update
Zenith Player recently moved to a new app ID, and after updating a second Zenith icon can appear. If you're on the new one, your profiles may need setting up there. Open the new app, send us its device code so we can move your plan, then uninstall the old one.
Keep it tidy
To avoid mix-ups at home, give each person their own profile and check the avatar before adding favourites.
Still stuck?
Message us on WhatsApp or live chat at zenithplayer.us with your device code (found in Settings → Help & support) and a photo of the screen. Let us know which profile you expected your favourites on.
Ready when you are
Choose your plan, install the app and start watching in minutes.
