Zenith Player shows a code and won't unlock

If Zenith Player keeps showing a device code instead of opening, it means there's no active plan on this TV yet, or the app hasn't seen your new plan. The fix is usually quick.
Why you see the code
The code screen appears when:
- This is a new install and the code hasn't been activated yet
- Your plan has ended
- You renewed, but the app hasn't re-checked yet
- You installed a new copy of the app, which has its own new code
Get the code activated
- Note the code exactly as it appears on screen.
- Activate it on zenithplayer.us/activate, or send it to us on WhatsApp or live chat with the plan you want.
- Leave the app open on the code screen.
Once the plan is active, the screen unlocks on its own. You don't need to restart anything.
Already paid or renewed?
If you renewed on the Renew page or with the Renew button and the app still shows the code:
- Close Zenith Player completely.
- Open it again. It re-checks your plan when it starts.
If it's still locked after that, message us with the device code that's on the screen. We'll check that the time was added to the right TV.
Check it's the right code
Each copy of the app has its own code. If you have a new TV, reinstalled, or see two Zenith icons after an update, the code on screen might not be the one your plan is linked to. Send us the code you see now, and we can move your plan to it.
Also double-check characters that look alike, like O and 0 or I and 1, when typing the code on the website.
Signed up with a login?
If your TV provider gave you a username, password and server, you can choose I have a login and sign in with those details instead of using a code.
Still stuck?
Message us on WhatsApp or live chat at zenithplayer.us. Send your device code (on the screen, or later in Settings → Help & support) and a photo of the screen, and we'll get you unlocked.
Ready when you are
