How do I activate my TV with the device code?

When you open Zenith Player for the first time, it shows a short device code made of letters and numbers. This code belongs to your TV, and it's how your plan gets linked to it.
Find your device code
- First start: the code is shown on the screen as soon as the app opens.
- Later: you can always find it in Settings → Help & support.
Write it down or take a photo so you don't mistype it. Letters and numbers that look alike, such as O and 0, are easy to mix up.
Option 1: Activate on the website
- On your phone or computer, go to zenithplayer.us/activate.
- Enter the device code exactly as it appears on your TV.
- Choose your plan and complete the steps.
Option 2: Send the code to us
- Message us on WhatsApp or use live chat on zenithplayer.us.
- Send your device code and tell us which plan you want.
- We'll activate it for you.
What happens next
Leave Zenith Player open on the code screen. Once your plan is active, the screen unlocks by itself, no restart needed. After that, the app sets itself up by loading your channels, movies and series.
About plans
Plans are prepaid, with no contract, and come in 1, 3, 6 and 12 months and longer. Depending on the plan, 1 to 5 devices can watch at the same time. If you just want to look around first, you can choose a free trial in the app or on the website by entering your WhatsApp number, with no payment needed.
Renewing later
When it's time to renew, use the Renew page on zenithplayer.us or the Renew button in the app. The extra time is added to the same TV, so there's nothing to reinstall and your code stays the same.
Have a login instead?
If your TV provider gave you a username, password and server, you don't need the device code to activate. Choose I have a login and sign in with those details.
Still stuck?
Message us on WhatsApp or live chat at zenithplayer.us with your device code (found in Settings → Help & support) and a photo of the screen.
Ready when you are
Choose your plan, install the app and start watching in minutes.
